A space to think

Picture
There comes a time when you need to get out of the office and put your head in the clouds. A time to think, re-evaluate, revision, restore, reflect, re-soul, recalibrate and refocus.

“Every now and then go away, have a little relaxation, for when you come back to your work your judgment will be sure; since to remain constantly at work will cause you to lose power of judgment…Go some distance away because the work appears smaller and more of it can be taken in at a glance, and a lack of harmony or proportion is more readily seen.”

Leonardo da Vinci

Executive Wilderness Retreats  have been designed by Andrew Norton for busy executives who need to rediscover some thinking space.

You won't be subjected to lectures, power point presentations and screeds of notes. The retreat is designed to help you get the very best out of the wisdom and thinking that you already have but don't have the time to develop.

Each day is shaped around a series of learning conversations and time for personal reflection. The enviornment coupled with a group of five to seven other senior executives is truly inspiring.

"People with a high level of personal mastery are able to consistently realise the results that matter most deeply to them . . . in effect, they approach their life as an artist  would approach a work of art. They do that by becoming committed to their own life long learning"
Peter Senge  -  The Fifth Discipline
