Q & A

Picture
Q: Why the wilderness?
A: Being in a different place helps get your head in a different space.  To think outside the box requires that you first step outside the box. Nature provides the best classroom for learning.

Q: Do I have to be physically  fit?
A: No, this is not a physical endurance test. To assist your reflection there are some spectaular walks for all fitness levels.

Q: Is there cell phone coverage?
A: Limited. Even if you have coverage you are encouraged to be "out of contact". You'll find this truly liberating!

Q: Are there clear business outcomes?
A: You will be given the opportunity to work on what matters most for you.
Along the way we will also have learning conversations on . . .
    Developing a learning quest
Discovering the power of lived experience through story telling
    Noticing skills
    Embracing ambiguity, paradox and uncertainty
Integrating mind and body for optimum performance
    Seeing interconnected systems
Along with an exploration of systems thinking, strategy, philosophy, creativity and thinking space.

Q: Is there any preparation before the Retreat?
A: Yes. Andrew will prepare you with some short readings and personal contact before the retreat.

Q: What follow up is provided?
A: Ongoing contact, coaching and mini retreats are available as required.

Q: What do I need to bring?
A: A full list of what to bring will be sent to you along with all other logistics.

Q: Who is Andrew Norton?
